FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THIS GENUINE CHAMPAGNE?
At AllBottled.com, we are privileged to collaborate with two esteemed Grand Cru vineyards, each renowned for their exceptional terroir and meticulous wine-making practices.

Nestled just outside Reims, our first partner shares its boundary with the historic Veuve Cliquot vineyards. The proximity lends a unique complexity to their Champagne, which is masterfully aged for six years, resulting in a depth and intricacy that is both rare and delightful.
Our second vineyard lies in the picturesque village of Hautvilliers, near Epernay. Hautvilliers is not only famed for its scenic beauty but also as the resting place of Dom Perignon, the revered monk whose life’s work greatly advanced the art of Champagne production. Our supplier here is celebrated for both their hospitality and their exquisite range of award-winning Champagnes, each bottle a testament to tradition and quality.
In these collaborations, we find not just the essence of fine Champagne, but a connection to the history and heart of the region.
CAN I CHOOSE THE TYPE OF CHAMPAGE?
Yes, our signature choice is the Brut Cuvée de Réserve, a selection we confidently recommend for its universal appeal and exquisite balance.

However, for those inclined to explore the nuanced spectrum of Champagne, we offer a curated variety of vintages and styles. Delight in the crisp freshness of our Blancs de Blancs, crafted exclusively from the finest white grapes, or the profound depth of our Blancs de Noirs, a testament to the complexity of black grapes. Our Rosé offers a delicate interplay of flavors, perfect for those who seek a subtle twist. And for the connoisseur, our Grande Cuvée Spéciale 1er Cru is an exceptional choice, its aging process imparting a complexity that is both rare and remarkable.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHAMPAGNE
Within the world of Champagne, a myriad of styles unfolds, each catering to varied tastes and occasions. We invite you to explore some of the most distinguished types of Champagne, each a representation of craftsmanship and luxury. Discover with us, the art and subtlety in these effervescent treasures.
BLANC DE BLANCS
Blanc de Blancs, meaning "white from whites" in French, is made exclusively from white Chardonnay grapes. It is known for its elegance, finesse, and bright acidity. Blanc de Blancs champagnes often exhibit citrus, green apple, and floral aromas, and they pair well with seafood, oysters, and light appetizers.
BLANC DE NOIRS
In contrast to Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs translates to "white from blacks" and is made exclusively from black-skinned grapes, typically Pinot Noir and/or Pinot Meunier. Despite their dark skins, the juice is gently pressed, resulting in a white or pale-colored wine. Blanc de Noirs champagnes tend to be fuller-bodied with notes of red fruits, brioche, and spice. They pair well with richer dishes like roasted poultry, game meats, and creamy cheeses.
ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE
Rosé Champagne is made by incorporating red grape skins into the production process, which imparts a beautiful pink color and delicate fruit flavors. There are two primary methods for making rosé Champagne: blending and maceration. Blending involves blending a small amount of still red wine into the base blend, while maceration involves allowing the grape skins to remain in contact with the juice for a brief period, extracting color and flavor. Rosé Champagnes offer a range of styles, from crisp and refreshing to richer and more structured, making them versatile food pairing options.
VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE
Vintage Champagne is made from grapes harvested in a specific year or exceptional growing season. It is produced only in exceptional years, as declared by the Champagne house. Vintage Champagnes undergo longer aging and exhibit more complex flavors and aromas. They often reflect the characteristics of that particular year and can age gracefully for years, developing further depth and complexity.
NON-VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE
Non-Vintage Champagne, also known as NV Champagne, is a blend of wines from multiple years. It serves as the signature style for many Champagne houses, ensuring consistency and reflecting the house's house style year after year. Non-Vintage Champagnes are typically fruit-forward, fresh, and versatile, suitable for various occasions and pairings.
These selections represent but a glimpse into the vast tapestry of Champagne styles. Each variant is a testament to the rich artistry and diverse terroir of the Champagne region. As you embark on this journey of discovery, we invite you to savor the unique characteristics of each style, enhancing your appreciation for the subtle complexities that render Champagne an eternally enchanting and celebrated sparkling wine.
